Sales Terms

All bank fees are the client’s responsibility. The enrolment is only final when all sums due to the IEF have been received in full at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the courses.

The IEF can accept late enrolments sent by email at the latest one week before the beginning of the study period. The registration must be sent with all the requested documents and the payment (total amount).

A letter of registration will be sent to the student once all the documents and the payment are received (complete registration).

Cancellation:

The contracting party may send a written notification of withdrawal by registered mail until 2 weeks before the beginning of the course. In this case, 10% of the paid amount will be retained by the IEF.

For less than a 2-week notice before course commencement, 50% of the due amount will be kept by the IEF. Once the course has started, no refund will be made.

The IEF may cancel a program if the number of participants does not reach a set minimum. Notification will be sent at least 2 weeks before the beginning. In this case, an alternative proposal will be offered, or a refund of the amounts paid will be automatically performed.

If, after the beginning of the study period, the student decides to leave or to shorten the duration of the stay at the Institute and/or in France, no refund and no compensation of any kind can be considered.

Insurance:

Before leaving his/her country, every student should take out individual insurance covering all risks encountered during the trip and stay (health/hospitalization/liability/travel).
