Sales terms

All bank fees are the client’s responsibility. The enrolment is only final when all sums due to the I.E.F have been received in full (at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the program).

The I.E.F only accepts late enrolments sent by email if accompanied by a copy of a proof of payment (copy of a check, bank transfer or postal order).

Cancellation

The contracting party may send written notification of withdrawal by registered mail until 2 weeks before the beginning of the course. In this case a fee of 100 €uros (registration for a short period / one-to-one course / Teacher Training Courses for French Professors) OR 500 €uros (registration for 1, 2 or 3 semesters) will be retained by the I.E.F from the paid amount.

For less than a 2-week notice before start, half of the due amount will be kept by the I.E.F. Once the course has started, no refund will be made.

The I.E.F may cancel a specific training if the number of participants does not reach a set minimum. The notification will be sent by registered mail at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning. In this case, an alternative proposal will be offered or a refund of amounts paid will be automatically performed.

Insurance

In compliance with the law, the I.E.F takes out a third party liability insurance. Before leaving his/her country, every student should take out an individual insurance covering all risks which may be encountered during the trip and stay.
